Bruce Nollenberger

Bruce is the CEO, Managing Member and Chairman of the Investment Policy Committee at Nollenberger McCullough. He has successfully managed investment portfolios for wealthy individuals, families, institutions and businesses for over 40 years, and believes that personal attention to each client’s unique needs and values help to build a strong partnership and are critical to success.

Prior to founding Nollenberger Investment Management, Bruce was the founder, CEO and President of Nollenberger Capital Partners Inc. (NCPI), a full-service broker dealer. NCPI was recognized by the Securities Industry Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) as one of the top 100 firms in the country, and was sold to Sterne Agee in January 2011. He previously spent nine years as the Executive Vice President and Senior Managing Director of Wells Fargo/Van Kasper, where he oversaw the private brokerage business.

Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Colorado, and was formerly a member of SIFMA where he has served as a member of the Regional Firm Roundtable. He also served as Chairman of FINRA District 1 from 2007-2008, was a committee member from 2005-2008, and served on the FINRA District 1 Nominating Committee. He holds FINRA series 4, 7, 24 and 63 licenses.

Bruce has been active on numerous charitable boards and committees in the San Francisco Bay Area. Bruce lives in Marin County, California with his wife DeeDee and their two college-age children.

Leon Wiatrak

Leon is a Managing Director and Co-Chair of the Investment Policy Committee at Nollenberger McCullough. His professional experience includes over 20 years at Bank of America, where he was a Senior Vice President, responsible for the bank’s global fixed income activities. During his tenure, the bank was recognized as a Primary Dealer by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, becoming a major participant in the US Government and money markets. Following his time at the bank, Leon transitioned to the advisory side of the business, forming Wiatrak Behnke Capital Management, focusing on the fixed income investing. The firm then merged with Van Kasper & Co, broadening the scope of his responsibilities to include equities. Leon graduated with a BA in Economics from the University of San Francisco and is a graduate of the Harvard University Graduate School of Business, Senior Managers’ Program in Vevey, Switzerland.

Maryann Harrison

Maryann is the Chief Operating Officer at Nollenberger McCullough. She began her career in the financial industry in 2004, in operations and administration with Round Hill Securities. When Round Hill was acquired by First Allied Securities, Maryann was asked to relocate to the bond department, where she obtained her securities licenses and began working as a fixed income trader. In 2008, she began working at McCullough & Associates LLC in administration and client services. Her role has grown to include operations, compliance and client services. Maryann attended San Francisco State University and has her FINRA series 7, 55 and 66 licenses.

Peter Perez

Peter Perez is the Chief Compliance Officer and Client Services Manager at Nollenberger McCullough. He provides client services, including new account setup, documentation and portfolio reporting, fund transactions (including RMDs), equity research and trading. Peter’s duties at Nollenberger have included restricted stock legend removals and employee stock purchase plan executions. He also ensures that Nollenberger maintains compliance with all regulatory policies and industry rules and regulations.

After getting his start in the financial industry as a runner on the Pacific Stock Exchange, Peter has held both institutional and retail finance positions in operations, securities lending, project management and client services.

DeeDee Nollenberger

DeeDee Nollenberger is Marketing Communications Manager and has been in the financial service industry for over 40 years. Prior to working with NollMac, DeeDee’s experience included Capital Markets at Robertson Stephens, as well as positions in operations, client services and sales associate for several firms.

She has been active with a number of philanthropic boards in San Francisco. Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, she currently lives in Marin County, CA with her husband Bruce and their two college-age children.
